Description: A common structure in domains of many proteins in the immunoglobulin superfamily.

Two antiparallel sheets (cyan and orange) are stacked face to face and covalently bonded by a disulfide bond (not shown).

This folding motif is found 12 times in the IgG molecule and 4 times within an Fab.
