Description: If research studies showed that young boys were more likely than young girls to want to dress up and pretend to be a police officer, how might we explain this? Would it be a matter of biological differences such as the influence of prenatal sex hormones? The result of learned behavior from media and adult role models? Perhaps a combination of these explanations, or even other reasons altogether?
