| Description: Les Baugh had both of his arms amputated at the shoulder as a result of an electrical accident years ago. Working with researchers at Johns Hopkins University, he was able to control a pair of prosthetic arms using only his thoughts. Signals emanating from his brain allowed him to grasp and manipulate objects for the first time in 40 years.
