Description: Segregation of chromosomes at meiosis in a 14/21 translocation carrier. Six types of gametes are produced. When these gametes fuse with those of a normal individual, six types of zygotes are produced. Of these, two (translocational carrier and normal) have a normal phenotype, one is Down syndrome, and three are lethal combinations.
