| Description: These terrifying looking creatures are called Hatchetfish, and are found in the Atlantic, Pacific and Indian oceans. As ghastly as they may look, they only grow to around 6 inches long. Like many deep ocean dwellers, Hatchetfish produce their own light which contributes to their ghostly looks.
