You would find a flapper valve doing this for a hydrostatic system:
 
  a. providing makeup oil to the low-pressure side of the loop
 b. allowing oil to bypass the cooler
 c. directing oil to the pump's servo piston
 d. directing oil to the motor's servo piston

Question 2

Tech A says when a hydrostatic motor is in maximum displacement, its output shaft can turn the fastest. Tech B says when a hydrostatic motor is at maximum displacement, its output shaft will make the highest torque. Who is correct?
