Technician A says that volumetric efficiency is a comparison of the actual volume of air-fuel mixture drawn into the engine to the theoretical minimum volume that can be drawn into the cylinder. Technician B says that a supercharger consumes some engine power as it forces a greater amount of air into the cylinders for more power. Which technician is correct?
