Two dealerships both receive a CSI score of 92. Dealer (
 
  A) is happy with the score, however will try to receive a higher score next month. Dealer (B) looks at all the questions and makes an effort to improve on the ones that are below the score that the dealer feels is satisfactory. Which Dealer, in your opinion, is most likely to improve their CSI score? Explain your answer.
