Answer to Question 1

Your supervisor has just told you that she is dissatisfied with your work, but you think it's acceptable. How would you resolve the conflict?

Student should show knowledge of the company's culture and should avoid sounding negative.

Describe a situation in which you were able to use persuasion to successfully convince someone to see things your way.
