Answer to Question 1

The Family Medical Leave Act requires that companies that employ more than 50 employees must provide 12 weeks of unpaid leave to eligible employees to allow them to care for their medical needs, including care of a newborn.

Answer to Question 2

Ron has not spoken to his brother in six months. Ron says that it has always been this way all through their adult lives. He also stated that the only time he sees his brother is at weddings or funerals of relativesthat hasn't occurred in a long time.
Stated above is an example of Apathetic Siblings. Apathetic siblings are indifferent, rarely think about each other, and have little contact with each other.
