Explanation: Informational reports typically include an abstract  one or two paragraphs that summarize the purpose and main points of the report so that a reader can determine whether the report includes information the reader needs.

Answer: False
Explanation: Business reports clearly identify the author, the date, and the topic or title. Some reports also indicate the intended audience. In an email or memo report, this information is included as part of the heading.
