106,500 - 80,00 . = 26,500 . 40,00 .  0.025 = 1,000 . 40,00 .  0.03 = 1,200;
26,500  0.035 = 927.50; 2,150 + 1,00 . + 1,200 + 927.50 = 5,277.50
