Sort on the worker identification column. Once they are sorted, use IF, THEN statement to determine if any adjacent cells are the same. For example, =IF(B3=B2,1,0). Next, sum the column to find if and how many duplicates exist. Search in that sum column by using the Find' command to identify those with duplicate i.d. numbers.
