Yes. The men seem to have higher salaries than the women do in many cases. We can see from the box plots that the mean and median values for the men are both higher than for the women. You can also see from the box plots that the middle 50 of salaries for men is above the median for women. This means that if you were in the 25th percentile for men, you would be above the 50th percentile for women. You can also see that the mean and median salaries for the men are about 10,000 above those for the women.
