In conducting a personal interview, what problem can result if the interviewer is allowed to arbitrarily decide who should be interviewed?

Since p-value = 0.0772, H0 is not rejected at  = 0.05. We conclude that there is insufficient evidence that the population mean ratings for the three examination types are not the same.
