Answer to Question 1

H0 : 1 = 2 = 3 = 4
H1 : i  j for at least one pair (i, j)
Since p-value = 0.0067, H0 is rejected at  = 0.05. We conclude that the population mean ratings for at least two of the four dormitories are not the same.
