Is there enough evidence at the 10 significance level to infer that the model is useful in predicting how long an individual will live?

H0 : 1 = 2 = 3 = 0
H1 : At least one j, j = 1, 2, 3 is not equal to zero.
Rejection region: F > F0.10,3,36 = 2.24
Test statistic: F = 3.477
Conclusion: Reject the null hypothesis. Yes, there is enough evidence at the 10 significance level to infer that the model is useful in predicting how long an individual will live.
