Answer to Question 1

F

Answer to Question 2

The primary sources of public policy under the state's public policy exception are constitutions, statutes and judicial decisions. The anti- retaliation policy set forth in the handbook, and the anti retaliation firing related to a general harassment grievance (not coinciding with statutory rights under Civil Rights laws) is not protected public policy in the state.
