Mars can perfect its security interest in the goods it sells without having to file a financing statement or take possession of the Blu Ray players if the sale is made to which of the following:

It is liable for acts committed by anyone acting as an agent if they act in its behalf, the question of actual authorization or ratification of specific acts not being the factor that is decisive. Financial liability falls on the organization's assets and is not enforceable against the individual member.
