Peaceful picketing enmeshed with contemporaneously violent conduct may be enjoined for such period as is necessary to dissipate the effects of past violence and counteract continuing intimidation.

Answer to Question 2

Yes. The injunction is confined to conduct near stores dealing in respondent's milk.
