Answer to Question 1

The Board ordered the company to stop the discrimination and coercion and to reinstate ten employees with back pay.

Answer to Question 2

Ordinarily the use of strike injunctions is prohibited by Section 4 of the Norris-LaGuardia Act. However, the Supreme Court held in Chicago and North Western Railway Company v. United Transportation Union that strike injunctions may issue when such a remedy is the only practical, effective means of enforcing a union's duty to exert every reasonable effort to make and maintain agreements.
