Smith, an attorney, is handling the sale of some property in probating an estate. Smith's wife, a broker, is interested in obtaining the listing, and both Smiths are interested in purchasing the property. Any problems?

A definite conflict of interest. The best bet for the Smiths is to obtain both the estate representative's and the court's approval of the transaction, disclosing all interests and identities.
