No. Once Jenna's union was certified as the official representative of Mega Corp's employees (or, at least, a certain group of employees within the company), then the union has the exclusive right to negotiate the employment contract for that class of employees. It would be a violation of federal law (Section 9 of the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 ) if the company negotiated individually with Jenna. The principle of exclusivity is illustrated by this situation.
