Answer: Each can be classified by WHO or FAB. The WHO categorizes according to immunophenotyping, genetics, clinical history, FAB by morphology.

Answer: The cancer stem cell has unlimited replication potential without regulation, whereas growth restrictions are present during HSC proliferation.
