Answer to Question 1

Cluster scheduling is a system of booking several patients around the same block of time. This method is normally used when the patients all need the same type of service such as laboratory work or consultations.

Answer to Question 2

The staff should note any specific patient requirements and schedule for the appropriate amount of time needed for the visit.
