Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

The medical office manager and physician should consider the amount of money they are willing to risk losing in determining the amount to extend for credit purposes. If that amount is set too low, the medical office risks losing patients. If it is set too high, the office risks losing a higher amount of money in the even the patient defaults on making payments.
