Name two provisions in the constitution ensure that the purpose to form a more perfect union is achieved. What examples can you provide in the present that shows the U.S. Government is still fulfilling this purpose today?

Right to due process or self-incrimination (5th amendment)=liberty-Every person accused of a crime is represented without respect to cost and they are afforded a jury trial.
freedom of religion and speech (1st amendment)=liberty-I can write blogs disagreeing with my government and not be thrown in jail. I can go to any church, mosque, temple or none at all and government has nothing to say about it.

There are more examples and you should do your own homework to really learn this stuff.
