Answer to Question 1

C
Taking the high-energy drink meets the immediate challenge of inadequate nutritional intake. Referral to the dietitian and sitting with the patient may be helpful. Offering to feed from a re-jected tray is not supportive.

Answer to Question 2

C
The phlebotomies are scheduled about every 2 to 3 months in order to thin the blood to reduce hypertension and threat of stroke.
