CHOP is standard treatment for intermediate-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Radiation therapy is appropriate for both intermediate-grade and high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Bone marrow transplant is used for a client with a recurrence of the disease.
