There is scientific evidence that fish oil is helpful in treating hypertriglyceridemi a. The other therapies will not be helpful to lower the triglyceride levels in this patient.

ANS: A
Acupuncture may be useful in the treatment of chronic low back pain from osteoarthritis. The other therapies are not used to treat pain.
