1. Pathological fractures are associated with hyper-parathyroid disorder, because of calcium leaving the bone.
2. Muscle weakness occurs with hyperparathyroidism because of the increased serum calcium levels.
3. Tremors occur with hypoparathyroidism because of low blood calcium levels. Muscle tremors can lead to tetany.
4. Polyuria is a symptom of hyperparathyroidism .
