1. This does not indicate accumulation of perineal fluid.
2. This does not indicate altered renal perfusion.
3. This is not expected after this type of surgery.
4. Bruising of the scrotum, perineum, or penis is indicative of a graft leakage, and must be reported immediately.

1. Excessive exercise could precipitate an event of vasospasm.
2. Alcohol will not help to relieve the vasospasms.
3. Symptoms of Raynaud occur after exposure to cold; the extremities should be kept warm and protected from injury.
4. Fluids should be encouraged, not restricted.
