My homework was to find laws that congress has passed that violates 5 things in the constitution. Does anyone know of any?

Take a good hard look at The Patriot Act. There are a ton of 1st and 4th amendment problems there. There are, arguably, some 6th, 7th, and 8th amendment problems as well.
