To meet all four criteria for removal of a lesion, the lesion will be asymmetrical, have irregular borders, show color change or more than one color, and have increased in diameter.

The result of hormonal changes can be delayed sleep phase syndrome. A sleep study would only be indicated if the adolescent were experiencing other sleep disturbance symptoms. Possible solutions for delayed sleep phase syndrome are practicing good sleep habits and taking medications such as melatonin at night.
