Answer to Question 1

Telling someone that an action is wrong and explaining
the consequences has the effect of changing that person's

attitudes. The ethical terms attempt to direct someone's
interests.



Answer to Question 2

Redirecting an attitude is actually a type
of activity, not knowledge.
