If such
reparation was justified, would comparable reparations be justified to the descendants of
slaves? Would affirmative action or reverse discrimination constitution appropriate
reparations? Why or why not?

What evidence decisively shows such discrimination? What
evidence could be identified to counter such demonstrations? How persuasive is this
evidence?
