What are the two disorders that cause pressure against the urethra, leading to a weakened or hesitant urine system, leaking, a sensation that the bladder is not completely emptied, and a need to get up several times a night to urinate?

One is benign prostatic hyperplasia, or hypertrophy, which is an enlarged prostate that is not a serious threat to life. The second is prostate cancer, which is the second deadliest cancer in men, mostly due to late diagnosis.

To produce, sustain, and transport sperm cells, including transmitting the sperm cells to the female during sexual intercourse; to secrete testosterone, which regulates sperm cell production and the expression of secondary sexual characteristics such as hair distribution, bone and muscle development, and enlargement of the larynx; to contribute to formation of semen.
