Answer to Question 1

Apathy is a condition in which one lacks feelings and emotions and is indifferent.

Answer to Question 2

CPK-MM is an isoenzyme found in skeletal muscle. It is released from muscle cells when injury or death occurs to these cells. A high level of CPK-MM in the blood points to diseases such as muscular dystrophy in which skeletal muscle tissue is being destroyed.
