Mark is a 67-year-old male who found a lump in his left testicle several weeks ago. He was seen by his PCP who sent him to an urologist. The urologist performed a biopsy, which was positive for nonseminoma testicular cancer.
 
  He is now admitted for a bilateral orchiectomy.
 
  The patient has a past medical history of HTN, and type 2 diabetes, with right cataract.
 
   Impression: Left testicular cancer, HTN, type 2 DM, diabetic cataract
