Answer to Question 1

An anatomical change that prevents contrast material from filling (flowing into and outlining) an anatomical space.

Answer to Question 2

The main source of estrogen in postmenopausal females is from the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. Postmenopausal women continue to produce testosterone in the adrenal glands. Testosterone is converted to estrogen by aromatase. Estrogen produced from the adrenal glands by way of testosterone conversion can be controlled by inhibiting aromatase (using aromatase inhibitors).
