Answer to Question 1

When written with the element's symbol, the isotope number is written as a superscript in front of the symbol (128I, 99mTc). Alternatively, the isotope name can be written out followed by the isotope number (iodine 128, technetium 99m).

Answer to Question 2

Image should show a stone in the left ureter (the patient's left, the right side of the image) close to the bladder (distal) with a dilated ureter above the stone (between the stone and the kidney). Image should also show stones in the lower area of each kidney.
