During an assessment of an 11-year-old boy, the nurse notes that the child does not recall events from two hours ago.
 
  Past history indicates that the child was removed and placed in foster care three days ago because of neglect and severe physical abuse. The nurse anticipates that the diagnosis for the child will be: 1. Dissociative fatigue.
   2. Post-traumatic stress disorder.
   3. Dissociative amnesia.
   4. Dissociative identity disorder.

An 8-year-old girl has been brought to the emergency room after being in a motor vehicle accident, which killed her brother and mother. The doctor orders Proponolol for the child. The nurse knows that this order:
 
  1. Should be questioned because of the age of the child.
