Answer to Question 1

A, B, D
The assessments that are significant are level of responsiveness, color of skin and mucous membranes, lung sounds, and respiratory effort. Texture of mucous membranes and prescribed medications are not part of the assessment.

Answer to Question 2

A
Haitians use religious icons as a form of protection or the bringer of good luck. Wrapping the picture in plastic will allow the family to have the icon at the bedside. Placing the picture in the hall will cause a traffic hazard.
