disorders that require fetal blood for testing. Although used to develop a
karyotype (chromosome evaluation) other DNA analysis techniques might
also be utilized.
Incorrect NST or BPP are used to determination fetal well-being. An amniocentesis
is done in order to determine lung maturity.
