Answer to Question 1

ANS: A, B, C
Potty chairs should be small and sturdy and supportive of the child's back and arms. The composition is not important as long as it is stable.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A
A child should be walking independently by 16 months old. It is normal for a child this age to prefer finger feeding and to be limited to single words. Many children do not climb steps until 24 months of age.
