Answer to Question 1

True

Answer to Question 2

Previously, search engines measure relevance by counting how many times the search words appeared on a website, but this system was manipulated a lot and is therefore no longer used. Google's Page Rank changed things by counting how many incoming links there are, weighted by how important the sending sites are. To make it more likely for a brand to come up at the top of a search, people can make sure to use the most meaningful words in the title of the page lead off with the most relevant terms.
