Answer to Question 1

B
The degrees of freedom are listed as those in the numerator and denominator because different analyses of variance specify degrees of freedom with names other than between and within, but because F is a statistic that results from a ratio, there is always a numerator and a denominator associated with its calculation.

Answer to Question 2

C
It is accepted practice to report the significance of F at the lowest value at which F is still significant.
