2. Note whether you agree or disagree and advance an argument about how you think we got to this situation in the United States.
3. Explain what would have to be done to change this situation.

1. Explain the medical and cultural pressures that push people toward drug use.
2. Outline the extent of cultural drug use as a way of articulating the difficulty of cultural change
