1. Outline the accomplishments of the disability rights movement, including the passage of the ADA.
2. Show where the movement is linked to other social movements.
3. Explain the challenges that persist in moving disability rights into the mainstream.

Ideal Answer: The ideal answer should include:
1. Denote how disability stigmatizes people as they search for romantic partners.
2. Explain the assumptions that most people have and which form stereotypes about people with disabilities as sexual partners.
3. Explain how the difficulties people with disabilities face is institutional as well as interpersonal.
