Ideal Answer: The ideal answer should include:
1. Document the educational gap between whites and minorities.
2. Articulate why the gap exists pointing to structural factors.
3. Note what is likely to occur in the future if we continue this trend.

Ideal Answer: The ideal answer should include:
1. Detail the health outcome differences between whites and minorities.
2. Explain institutional racism (especially as compared to interpersonal racism).
3. Show how institutional racism contributes to the documents health disparities.
